GTÜ Prüfmittelservice GmbH is an innovative service provider in the field of measurement and calibration technology. As a subsidiary of GTÜ mbH, we specialise in the testing, calibration and maintenance of measurement technology in automotive workshops and car dealerships. We therefore see ourselves as a partner to the automotive industry and, in addition to our sophisticated testing standards, we also offer individual testing processes that are tailored to the needs of your company.
We test and calibrate at your premises and in our stationary laboratory
Test equipment service
Our accredited measurement procedures are carried out under controlled and monitored environmental conditions in mobile and permanent laboratories. Our procedures also enable on-site calibration for permanently installed testing equipment, such as brake test benches, headlight adjustment test systems or exhaust gas measuring devices.
Our calibration service includes the following testing equipment in accordance with the DAkkS accreditation certificate
On site:
- Roller/plate brake test benches
- Headlight adjustment test systems
- AU devices (maintenance and calibration)
In the stationary laboratory:
- Gauges for HU-relevant tests
- Pressure gauges
- Mobile vehicle scales up to 2,000 kg (factory calibration)
- Tape measures
- Calipers/brake disc calipers
- Test balls
- Radius gauges and angle gauges (factory calibration)
In the laboratory network:
- Closing force measuring devices
- Sound level meters
